I didn’t want to see Collateral Beauty. It looked like slushy, glurgy Oscar bait. The trailer shows Will Smith (after the death of his daughter) writing letters to Death, Love, and Time, who then show up and start talking to him about his grief.
But then I found out what the movie is ACTUALLY about. The trailers LIED to you. HARD.
I won’t spoil the plot here, but suffice it to say it is a MASSIVE trainwreck. After hearing a detailed review of this movie, I knew I HAD to see it. I also wanted to take someone along who had only seen the trailers so that I could watch their reactions over the course of the movie.
Within five minutes, they were ticked off. By the end, they were shouting, “WHAT?!” at the screen as the credits rolled. And alllll the laughter I had been holding in until that point came flooding out.
This is one of the GREATEST movie-going experiences I have ever had in my LIFE.
I don’t know how to feel about the fact that…well, I have heard this song before. A lot. I’ve heard it on the radio a few times. I have it on my iTunes, where I’ve actually listened to it quite a bit. I’m honestly very familiar with this song.
Is this a sign that I know too much about the history of pop music? Do I get mega hipster points?

My dashboard doesn’t work anymore. Making posts doesn’t work anymore. Videos won’t load. Icons won’t load.
I’ve tried Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, nothing. I finally was able to make this post with Tor (that was a pain), but I’d really like to go back to my usual browser. Tumblr is the only site that isn’t working, and it happened out of nowhere.
Can somebody please help me?
Did you change your account password and ensure your email wasn’t deleted by that big hacking of tumblr? Or was your account made aft r yahoo got it?
My account was made a few years ago, before Yahoo. I’ve been on Tumblr every day (literally) since then, and this just happened last night.
Yeah staff made a press release that all accounts made before yahoo were hacked and if you had not changed your password before the last few weeks (which you are supposed to do every year anyway). Then you are basically fucked unless your email is an @msn.com account
Would that really affect how my dashboard shows up, though? And if I go to a blog directly, I still have the same problems. (I can’t reblog, videos don’t load, etc. I can like stuff directly from a blog, but that’s it.)
@fanboyingoveranypony has the same issue. He might be able to help if he’s figured it out since due to a hacking scare I didn’t end up with this problem

See if you can change the email to a different one along with the password. Didn’t help fanboying but it was one of the things others suggested. So long as the linked email currently on your account is active
Well, everything’s working again. Didn’t change anything, didn’t restart my computer, just went to see The Nice Guys (which was AWESOME GO SEE IT RIGHT NOW) and came back.
